Facts are facts. They are verifiable. They are universal. They stand up to scrutiny time and again.
There is no such thing as “alternative facts.”
We can have different perspectives on facts. We can think that facts are good or bad, relevant or irrelevant, important or unimportant, convenient or inconvenient. Facts can support or undercut our opinions. But they remain facts.
